google spreadsheet - Apply color-scale conditional formatting so that each row is formatted independently -


i struggle apply desired formatting spread sheet. a small example can found here.

i have many rows of numbers, , want conditionally format each row same format, each row independently. when fill down first row, conditional format's range gets expanded whole range, , colors not row-based anymore.

how can row-based conditionally format rows , upscale few hundred rows? manually entering not option.

paste special->conditional formats result in same fill down
