vb.net - Create VB program to watch a website in Internet Explorer -

at work use 3rd party online chat system using internet explorer. happens follow link, login, pop window comes chat control page see notification new chat

the issue have no sound plays, , it's easy miss chat.

in theory learn in vb how watch specific window of internet explorer change, play sound when change in window occurs until acknowledged?
