  • easy seo, quality score
  • fast loading page

that depends on mean "easy maintain". in terms of updates, answer long don't start hacking away @ themes/plugins, updates pretty 1 click , done. if mean in terms of content updates, it's easy (and whatever themes/plugins use) make it.

are websites built on wordpress seo friendly?

again, that's not super straight forward. wordpress doesn't in regards seo beyond defining permalink structure. how seo friendly website depends largely on theme choose. built seo friendly, built pretty (read: flashy). either way go, there ton of plugins available optimize seo on per-page/per-post basis, , can actively monitor ranking based on given key word.

not sound broken record, in large part dependent on theme you're using. if you're building simple blog , have textual content, inherently faster blog that's overloaded hundreds of under optimized images on every page. beyond that, it's partly you... don't use 4k images 64x64 thumbnail thing shown, , on. more important build website on how (and where) host it. major roadblock in web world hardware , software website sitting on. if you're running massive site on $5/mo shared host, it's going slow. if you're running tiny site on bare-metal server, it's going faster... assuming don't screw server configuration.

now... there's downside that. plethora of available plugins sounds great thing, right? many plugins out there, should no problem finding you're looking for! unfortunately, while find plugin suitable use cases... you'll find several. and, make matters worse, many plugins aren't written or supported should be. may take trial , error find right plugins need, it's 100% possible build perfect website on wordpress.
