angular2 template - favicon not showing IE 11 browser -


i have configured link following in index.html

 <link href="./assets/images/cis-icon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" />

but icon showing in ie11 brower when ever refresh brower. not correct approach. please try solve issue.
