Laravel MySQL relationship not working -


i finish programing website , when php artisan migrate:refresh --seed on local mysql database worked perfectly, i'm on real database it's not working @ relationship. can see problem on sequel pro interface this:

and here working fine on mi local db

i'm hosting db on bluehost don't know if have problem or if problem db user , not laravel
