Count Error Excel -


problem :

i think missing stupid or problem count() function returns value if cell empty.

screenshots:

sheeta contains reference table count

sheetb contains count value sheeta

formula:

=countif('sheeta'!m223:q325, "1")

but can see, returns 39. if cells empty.

what tried:

cleared contents

cleared formatting

any ideas?

edit : solved, there hidden rows. :(

the cells not empty, have many hidden rows there. unhide rows , see 39 values there.
