phpmyadmin - Why aren't MySql default values updating? -


i'm creating site using byethost. updated couple of mysql char columns' default values using admin tools, shown here: imgur photo

when @ structure of database, shows correct default values: imgur photo 2

however, actual columns not update: imgur photo 3 (i have not made entries in column should contain default, used "easy.")

i'm when used exact procedure in past, automatically updated default values in database's columns. temporary issue on byethost's end or missing obvious?
