Is it possible to use TYPO3 as asset management for other TYPO3 installations (FAL)? -


is possible use a file_storage of remote typo3 installation in local installation?

i override configs in local environment use productions file storage via https. way snychronizing local installation become faster , not need rsync fileadmin projects (which save of valuable ssd disk space)

additionally use typo3 asset manegement different typo3 instances.

has every accomplished that?

it better, if solution able host processed files too, think using typo3 asset management perfect solution centralize assets in typo3 based website/system.

you try use https://github.com/dkd/typo3-ext-cmis-service on typo3 instance shall expose fal, , use https://github.com/dkd/typo3-ext-cmis-fal mount exposed repository in other typo3 instance.

i've not tested :)
