path - Oracle 12c Release 2 Database Installation Error -


i have problems creating new database in oracle 12c release 2. after configured installation , process begins, error message:

cannot run program "c:\app\admin\virtual\product\12.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\netca.bat": create process error=2, system not find file.

netca.bat in ..\dbhome_1\bin located , have set path in %path% variable.

thanks in advance

i had same problem oracle database 12c on fresh windows 8.1. me solutions deactivating preinstalled mcafee. used windows-builtin-user during oracle-database installation.

transpose - Maple isnt executing function but prints function term -
