Having problems with eclipse PDT after eclipse update -


after upgrading linux installation eclipse updated version "neon" "oxygen". have strange problems:

  • new fixme comments not recognized anymore tasks in php
  • syntax errors in php still marked error after fixing them, have delete whole line , restore line go error away
  • spell checking not working anymore, enabled in preferences

do have clean / update / convert in workspace, or problems coming from? in older versions of eclipse dltk database had deleted in workspace metadata folder, fixed similar issues years ago.
