is possible drag window of mail m1 , drop window of mail m2 in outlook 2016 in order attach m1 m2 ?
if so, how ?

you can drag-and-drop 1 stored email email being drafted opening draft in window, having list stored email open in outlook menu window, , dragging , dropping stored email onto email being drafted, saving stored email attachment.
