we want develop vehicle tracking system. designing software using python-django , javascript template. using google map. free of cost. if gmplot python package able generate location on google map. if want further extend source , destination track information. cost , if on basis? have checked google api on google developers site. not able understand pricing plans. can provide simple explanation using google maps in our web applications? ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

it against google maps api terms of user use vehicle tracking applications without purchasing license google. search "fleet management" @ below link:
