no, there isn't security setting achieve that.

all users have access project have access view permissions , settings. there no conceivable security risk this, can't change anything. available all.

you can set permissions based on requirements restrict them accesses. see permissions-access details.

angular - Copying node modules to wwwroot AspNetCore -
