no, there isn't security setting achieve that.

all users have access project have access view permissions , settings. there no conceivable security risk this, can't change anything. available all.

you can set permissions based on requirements restrict them accesses. see permissions-access details.

i running ruby script via terminal on windows instance “windows server 2012 r2” facing error i.e. “unknown property or method: `wait' hresult error code:0x80020006 unknown name.
