Azure Access control IAM to give access to a group not a user for my resource -

so instead of giving access individual users web app or functions, want use groups it's easier manage.

only problem when click on azure resource , click on (iam), there's + add button, lets me add users/email address, not group created.

even if search, group doesn't come up. example, want give access developers group
